We have installed the Professional Plus Suite, but Publisher is set to be not available. Could you check Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel to see if you have Microsoft Office Professional or Professional Plus 2010 and also have Microsoft Office Publisher 2010 listed? It's definitely the Lexmark Vista printer drivers that are causing all of the trouble.

What printer is Publisher set to print to? To examine the security log: Open an elevated command window. When I search for all .dll files, its not on the list. I have been successfully using Word and printing from it with no problems.
