I have been successfully using Word and printing from it with no problems. Clearing the error permits the program to exit. And then you can choose to add/remove office features, just select publisher as "available" You will have the problem with Access for example (not the same error, but some Access options I would like to extract the file from the setup disc and copy it over. Thank you very much. Neither of these two things worked, or had a positive effect, as far as I can tell, but who knows. Clicking "connect to printer" says "Word could not connect to HPLaserjet".
